About Bagambe

16 Mar 2010

Calm and curious Bagambe is named in posthumous honor of a Ranger from Rwindi. Bagambe’s mother, Mavanyuma, lived with the Mapuwa Family for a long time. In 2007 the Rangers were forced out of the gorilla sector by rebel soldiers.

When they returned in 2008 they found that Mavanyuma had migrated to the Lulengo Family and that she had a baby. Mapuwa, then, and not Lulengo, is Bagambe’s biological father.
